Thermal Ceramics 2100 RPC Shapes

Material Notes: RPC 2100 is an economical insulating material produced by blending kaolin based alumino-silicate fibers with high purity silica fibers. The high temperature capability is enhanced by employing ammonia stabilized colloidal silica rather than a sodium stabilized product. At elevated temperatures, residual sodium acts as a flux and reduces the refractories maximum use temperature.
