Go Yen Chemical GY-NA-2000 Nucleating Agent
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Intro:
  • GY-NA-2000 series are new class of nucleating agents capable of inducing crystal growth in the polymer. This series product act as a nucleating agent by creating a large number of small size crystalline structure during the cooling of the polypropylene melt
  • GY-NA-2000 series improves mechanical properties, clarity of polypropylene, heat resistance, size stability and surface gloss.
  • GY-NA-2000 series product make injection molders achieve better production speeds and broaden the molding condition.
Features:
  • Enhance the mechanical strength
  • Improve crystal growth in the polymer
  • Improve the clarity of goods
  • Provide long-term heat stability
  • Enhance the stability of melting for polymers.
  • By using GY-NA-2000 series, it can be anti-aging, antifragile during the processing of organic polymer.
Applications:
  • PP (Polypropylene)
  • PET (Polyethylene terephthalate)
  • PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate)
  • PC (Polycarbonate)
  • PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate)
  • Polyamide
  • Polyolefin( HDPE , LDPE , EVA , PVC )
  • Others & Elastomer (TPU,TPE.TPV.SBS)
GY-NA-2000 series can be blended with Polypropylene directly or add it in the pellet manufacturing.
