Characteristics:This alloy is considered to be high strength solders. It has much higher creep strengths than the tin/lead solders. It is a good color match for stainless steel, and used with the proper flux will wet stainless very well. SN 95 is less fluid respectively, and will bridge larger gaps because of their wide plastic range. Joint clearances of 0.1 to 0.15mm (.003 to .005 in) are optimum, but larger variations can still produce sound joints. Flux is required and proper selection will depend upon base metals to be joined. Specifications:This alloy conforms to the following specification: ASTM B32-Sn95
