Westlake EPOLENE® E-10P Low Molecular Weight Polyethylene

Material Notes: EPOLENE® E-10P is an oxidized low molecular weight polyethylene powder used in emulsify able applications. The low molecular weight and low softening point contribute to the production of stable, low color emulsions by both atmospheric (wax to water) and pressure emulsification methods. In water based emulsion floor finishes, it imparts good slip resistance, toughness and durability to the polish film. Applications: Compounding, Hot melt adhesives, Emulsions, Wax modification. Attributes: Imparts slip resistance, durability, and toughness to floor finishes. Oxidized to provide functionality. Produces stable water based emulsions. Oxidized low density polyethylene powder.

All tests are run at 23°C (73°F) and 50% relative humidity.
