Product Description: Master Bond EP3LV represents a breakthrough in epoxy adhesive technology featuring a hitherto unattainable balance of performance properties including both high shear and high cure speed. This one component adhesive system is formulated to cure at elevated temperatures, e.g., 5-10 minutes at 300- 325°F, longer times at lower temperatures for maximum bond strengths. Tensile strengths in excess of 2000 psi are readily obtained after such short cure times. No mixing is necessary prior to use. EP3LV produces truly exceptionally good performance bonds with durable high lap shear strength for service in the remarkably wide temperature range of -100°F to +300°F. It offers superior resistance to impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while maintaining the moisture, creep, corrosion and thermal resistance typical of epoxy resin adhesives. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. EP3LV produces durable high strength, exceptionally tough bonds which are remarkable resistant to severe thermal cycling and many chemicals including water, oil, fuels and most organic solvents even upon prolonged exposures. For best results all surfaces should cleaned and then either roughened or chemically etched. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent. The hardened adhesive is a superior thermal insulator. The color is gray. EP3LV offers the convenience of a heat cure with no mixing prior to use and uniquely favorable bonding performance for even the most difficult applications in the aerospace, electronic electrical computer, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical industries. Product Advantages: - Single component system; no mixing prior to use. Unlimited working life at room temperature.
