Eurofoam Eurolast Cellular Elastomer
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: EUROLAST‚ is a cellular elastomer made from a special type of polyurethane. When needed EUROLAST‚ can be used for vibration decoupling between plates and strips or as a prefabricated spring element. EUROLAST‚ elastomers display excellent properties when used as either pressure or thrust loaded springs. EUROLAST‚ grades with bulk densities of 150 to 680 kg/m3 are also available for conventional applications. However it is also possible to produce special grades with customized density and cross linkage which makes it possible to give the material special properties.

Applications: Components made from EUROLAST‚ are used for vibration decoupling in systems and mechanical engineering and in the construction industries.
