Material Notes:	DAIFREE GW-8000 is an aqueous mold release agent, formulating fluorocarbon and silicone. The optimum ratio of fluorine to silicone provides excellent mold release. Introduction: Excellent release performance. As it forms a thin film on mold, precision release is achievable; The compositions comply with environmental regulations; Due to the dry coating film, the transition to molded part is lower, and minimizes any tackiness; Productivity improves with less mold stains and mold wash cycles; Suitable for rubber with “polyol vulcanization” or “sulfur vulcanization” Information provided by Daikin.
