| Single-component Release Coat® keeps hot rubber and asphalt from sticking to corrugated containers without the use of a costly plastic bag. It is easy to use, requires no mixing, is corrugator-applied and repulpable. Release Coat® 30 may be blade or rod applied at the wet or dry end of the corrugator. Usage: A lower solids, economical, one component coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable. Applications (properties imparted): Industrial release. Handling: Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.
