Chesterton 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner
Categories: Fluid; Lubricant

Material Notes: Description: Chesterton® 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner is a high performance, low viscosity, lubricating formula designed to creep into the internal workings of air tools, reduce wear and eliminate the noise associated with rough running equipment. It is a cost-effective oil with high detergency that cleans as it protects and prolongs the life of pneumatic equipment. The low viscosity and surface tension of 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner allow the oil to penetrate deep into the valves, pistons and other air tool components to protect against friction and wear. Many products used for this application are simply low quality penetrating oils and not designed for the single purpose of maximizing the efficiency of air tools. As such, they often oxidize and allow sludge to build up ultimately inhibiting the efficiency of the pneumatic equipment. Chesterton 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner avoids this common problem by engineering a product with a high degree of detergency that keeps the tool running clean and conditioned. Chesterton 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner lubricates internal parts such as solenoids, pistons and valves for smoother, more efficient operation. Chesterton 652 further improves operational efficiency of air systems by eliminating tramp and trace moisture from air lines, controls and pneumatic components. Chesterton 652 Pneumatic Lubricant and Conditioner scavenges moisture from the air and removes trapped moisture from critical components. Specialized chemical humectants actually absorb over 10% of their weight in water. It also provides excellent corrosion protection of the pneumatic's internal parts against rusting.

Features

  • Will not cause sludge buildup
  • NSF H2 - Registration number 133944
  • Cleans rust, sludge and dirt from all air tools as it lubricates
  • Makes tools easier to use and more energy efficient
  • Conditioners prevent seals and o-rings from drying out

Benefits:

  • Reduce costly maintenance
  • Save the cost of replacement parts
  • Save costly downtime to manually clean out sludge buildup
  • Significantly reduce power consumption
  • Prolong life of air tools

Applications: This product was specifically formulated to give exceptional lubrication of air tools, cylinders and air line lubricators, as well as air impact wrenches, air hammers, air drills and air grinders. Chesterton 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner can be used for in-line lubricators, production air systems and other high speed air driven equipment. When 652 Pneumatic Lubricant & Conditioner is used as a direct replacement for the standard hydraulic oil, reductions of up to 90% in typical pneumatic maintenance costs can be achieved. The decrease in system downtime and reduction in rejected parts can mean dramatic cost savings.
