Go Yen Chemical GY-FR-PNA Polyamide-Type Nitrogen-Phosphorus Non- Halogenated Flame Retardant
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Flame retardant for textile; Long-term flame retardant ability; No volatility; Excellent heat stability; Non halogen GY-FR-PNA, developed by GYC GROUP, is a polyamide type nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant and is free of halogens. GY-FR-PNA offers exceptional flame retardant performance by creating a carbon layer after flaming that keeps the product surface and air separate.

Intro: GY-FR-PNA, developed by GYC GROUP, is a polyamide type nitrogen-phosphorus flame retardant and is free of halogens. GY-FR-PNA features excellent thermal stability, processing stability, compatibility, water solubility, and does not cause corrosion on mold and machine, which can be used in any thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics, engineering plastics, resin (e.g. phenolic resin, epoxy resin), unsaturated resin, unsaturated polyester, rubbers, elastomers, etc. Specially suitable for use in polyamide (PA6, PA66, PBT, etc.) which provides outstanding compatibility and processing behavior. Generating no pungent smell and black smoke after burning, GY-FR-PNA offers exceptional flame retardant performance by creating a carbon layer after flaming that keeps the product surface and air separate.

Advantages:

  • Offers exceptional flame retardant performance by creating a carbon layer after flaming that keeps the product surface and air separate
  • Free of halogens
  • Contains no heavy metal
  • Generates no pungent smell and black smoke after burning
  • Features extremely high decomposition temperature(can reach up to 350?)
  • Reduces the fire spread caused by fire dripping
  • Excellent dispersibility and compatibility with any resin, polymers, engineering plastics, and coatings
  • Certified and appointed by international plastic, coating, resin, vehicle manufacturers
