Meyors Chemical HIS 75-20 Rubber Vulcanization Agent
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Product Code: MSHQD -VA032-05 OT
Chemical Name: Polymeric Sulfur
Trade Name: Rubber Vulcanization Agent HIS 75-20
CAS No.: Polymeric Sulfur: 9035-99-8; Rhombic Sulfur: 7704-34-9; High pressure and hydrotreated naphthenic oil: 64742-52-5

Typical Properties: Yellow powder with little odor, no poison. The relative density is 1.70-1.82. It is not stability, and at vulcanization temperatures HIS75-20 will de-polymerize to soluble sulfur Insoluble in CS2 and water.

Recommended Applications: HIS 75-20 is designed for improved flowability and dispersibility. it has the following advantages: Improved flowability. The improved product flowability provides easy handing, a less dusty environment and less tendency for product to compact. Improved dispersibility. The special additive package in HIS 75-20 helps to reduce the tendency for electrostatic charge build-up and hence the formation of agglomerates which can be formed during mixing as a result of the small particle size of insoluble sulfur.
