| DANCOLOR® MB-9005/SM is a combined masterbatch based on TPU, which is delivered in form of black pigmented granules (pellets). This TPU concentrate is used for black pigmenting of thermoplastic polyurethanes as well as demoulding additive. DANCOLOR® MB-9005/SM can be added to our polyurethanes based on polyester, polycaprolactone as well as to our polyurethanes based on polyether. DANCOLOR® MB-9005/SM is suitable for the processing by extrusion, injection moulding and for melt-calendering. Application: DANCOLOR® MB-9005/SM can be applied and mixed with all products out of our PEARLTHANE®- or PEARLCOAT®- range ( based on polyester or polyether ) which find their application by extrusion, injection moulding or calandering. This additive is applied everywhere where the parts must be colored into black color acc. to RAL 9005. In addition this combined masterbatch fulfils a better geometry at the demoulding. So it acts also as demoulding additive. In general it are recommended dosages of 1 to 3% ( calculated by the weight of the TPU ) is recommended.
