GOYENCHEM-DOPO-HQ is designed by GYC Group as a new type reactive phosphor content flame retardant that can be the replacement of traditional TBBA flame retardant. GOYENCHEM-DOPO-HQ belongs to phosphate, halogenfree flame retardant which is mainly used for epoxy resin flame retardant with super PCB and also can be widely applied for semiconductor packaging materials, circuit boards, electronic equipment plastics and polymer materials plastic.

By using certain amount in cresol formaldehyde novolac epoxy resin, GOYENCHEMDOPO- HQ works as a curing agent and determine the performance of phosphorus result. GOYENCHEM-DOPO-HQ is a stabilizer and flame retardant for polymers. It can be copolymerized in Epoxy, Polyester, Polyurethane resin. GOYENCHEMDOPO- HQ provides high stabilization and flame retarding effect in solvent extraction, volatility and blooming. The max thermo-decomposition rate of the DOPO-HQ is 350?. GOYENCHEM-DOPO-HQ has good compatibility; it can be formed on flame retardant of transparent plastic after adding. The advantages are thermal stability, environment flame retardant, insulation, low volatility etc.
