Material Notes:	Semi-crystalline, with crystallinity ranging from around 60% to around 5%, depending on comonomer level Metabolix Bio-based Natural Plastics™ are designed to be an effective alternative to petrochemically derived plastics, these high performing bio-based materials are biodegradable, yet stable to hot liquids, including water. These plastics are made from the biological conversion of sugars and vegetable oils. Information provided by Metabolix Telles is a joint venture between Metabolix and Archer Daniels Midland Company.
