We use the nomenclature proposed by Bornstein and Traub.Application: Epithelial cells, endothelial cells, muscle cells, nerve cells. Recommended for use as a cell culture substratum at 6-10 µg/cm2. Morphology: lyophilized powder (from 0.2 µm-filtered solution) Uses: Chloroform treated. Pepsin is not used in the preparation. |
