ZEON Hydrin® T3108XL Epichlorohydrin Elastomer (ECO)

Material Notes: Hydrin T3108XL contains ethylene oxide/epichlorohydrin/allyl glycidyl and is a low Mooney version of the Hydrin T3108 elastomer designed for use in laser printer rollers. Hydrin T3108XL is static dissipative. Compounds using Hydrin T3108XL should exhibit excellent low and high temperature properties and can be cured using conventional cure systems such as sulfur/sulfur donor or peroxides. Hydrin T3108XL is supplied as bales sealed in a LDPE bag.

Hydrin® epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers provide an excellent balance of heat (125°C), oil, fuel, and ozone resistance with superior low temperature flexibility. Hydrin is broadly used in automotive fuel hose, air ducts, A/C, and vibration dampening. Its electrical properties benefit laser printer rolls. Hydrin is classified as a CH polymer according to SAE J200 / ASTM D2000.
