Intro: GOYENCHEM-CPTFE is developed by GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC GROUP). It’s a specially modified PTFE material, after three decades of professional GYC flame retardant core technology improvements, adding to thermoplastic plastic, due to thermal effects, it can release GOYENCHEM-CPTFE microspheres of ultra-high molecular diameter 0.18µm, after the microspheres fibrosis, form a reticulate extrusion and cutting process. When burned, due to the ultra-high molecular weight PTFE polymer melt trap, isolating oxygen, accelerating the polymer carbonization, and therefore the polymer flame retardant. In addition, GOYENCHEMCPTFE has a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, can effectively fibrosis and easily dispersed into small particles, and can significantly increase the melt strength and elastic modulus, to flame retardant anti-dripping effect which reaches more high flame standard for thermoplastic material. Compared to general PTFE, GOYENCHEM-CPTFE with advantages such as excellent dispersion, easy to operate, not agglomerated in room temperature, injection molded articles do not wrinkle, black and white products have no grain , and the product surface gloss improvement. Since GOYENCHEM-CPTFE has good compatibility, high-impact formula in effect on the impact strength is relatively small. GOYENCHEM-CPTFE is a new generation of coated product, many manufacturers have been used in application of flame retardant, carbon forming and anti-dripping. Advantages: - good flame retardant anti-dripping ability
- excellent thermal stability
- good dispersion
- readily compatible with high transparency plastic & can be added directly to a wide variety of resins and plastic
- easy and convenient handling and storage
- not affect the finished color and coloring
Applications: To achieve UL94 V0 standard PS, PC, ABS, PC / ABS, PBT and other thermoplastic or plastic alloy with the GY-FR-OP SERIES, can combine in PBT, PET, PA, NYLON and other fireproof plastic, modification and application of flame retardant PP, PE, EVA and other systems which widely used polymer materialsInformation provided by Go Yen Chemical |
