Polyrocks Chemical 5003RM5N PP Master batch, Flame Retardant

Material Notes:	Halogen-free flame retardant PP master batches based on phosphorus and nitrogen as main flame retardant elements. It improves flame retardant efficiency by synergistic effect of solidifying phase and gas-phase mechanism, and accelerating melting and dripping by catalytic mechanism to play flame retardant performance. 5003RM5N is used for adding to pp to reach UL94 V2 flammability grade, adding a certain percentage of master batches in homopolymer PP, copolymer pp ( or mixture of homopolymer pp and copolymer pp), could reach excellent flame retardant effect. It has UL certification, and meets the requirements of RoHS?SVHC?PFOS & PFOA?16P?PAHs...etc. 5003RM5N has the properties of low density, low smoke, less corrosion to moulds Information provided by Polyrocks
