| Product description: WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E is a nonionic macro emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. Application: WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E is particularly suitable as softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E imparts a very soft, smooth and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E is considered to be the best softening agent for PES/cotton fabrics. WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E improves the wash-and - wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning. WACKER® FINISH CT 78 E has very little effect on the degree of whiteness. Generally, no adverse effect on the shade or colour fastness properties of coloured goods is observed.
