| Accelerator for vulcanization of rubber. Uses: Rubator ZMBT is a fast curing primary accelerator for use at temperatures above 125 ºC. Its activity is a little higher than RUBATOR MBT. Rubator ZMBT is non-staining and the main field of application is for Natural rubber, Polyisoprene, SBR, NBR and their lattices. Rubator ZMBT is used as latex accelerator with excellent safety and is recommended for manufacture of foams and dipping-molded goods. Main uses are the production of rubber goods from lattices as carpets, sponges, coatings, gloves, wires and prophylactics. Also used for manufacture of profiles and joints, sporting goods, textile coating, balls, hygienics, footwear, wires, hot air vulcanizates, cables, joints for bottles, pipes for transportation of food liquids, milk industry pieces, autocuring mixtures, etc. Rubator ZMBT is non-blooming and non-staining and can be used for white or light colored goods.
