Material Notes: HR molded foam: Addocat 3144 is a low-odor catalyst for the gas reaction of HR molded foam systems. The amount used is 0.5 - 1.0 p.b.w. on 100 p.b.w. polyol. The crosslinking reaction is catalyzed with Addocat 105 (0.3 - 1.0 p.b.w.). The cell opening of these systems can be improved by combination with Addocat 108 . Rigid foam: In rigid foam systems Addocat 3144 is used as a co-catalyst in combination with Addocat 726 b or Addocat PP (Addocat 3144 dosage: 0.5 - 1.0 p.b.w. on 100 p.b.w. polyol). Addocat 3144 gives rigid foams a tough and elastic surface, thus improving the adhesion between the foam and flexible or rigid facings.

Function: Catalyst for the production of HR molded foam and rigid foam.

Applications: Continuous and discontinuous production of foam boards and sandwich panels.
