Material Notes:	Description: Conoco Hydroclear® Quench Oil is a high-quality metal heat-treating and quenching oil formulated from premium Conoco hydrocracked base stocks. Hydroclear Quench Oil is specially formulated with proprietary additive chemistry and is recommended for use in a variety of quenching, spraying and heat-treating applications where controlled cooling rates are required. Hydroclear Quench Oil provides exceptional oxidation stability, good rust and corrosion protection, excellent filterability and uniform cooling of metal parts. Hydroclear Quench Oil is available in ISO viscosity grades 22 and 32HS. Hydroclear Quench Oil 32HS is formulated with special quench improvers for applications which require higher quenching speeds. Information provided by ConocoPhillips. Phillips 66 Lubricants was spun-off from ConocoPhillips in 2012, and branding was further reorganized in 2016. The Hydroclear® trade name is no longer in use but products may be available under different names.
