Material Notes: Maysperm 2011 duplicates the wear and extreme pressure characteristics typically associated with sulfurized natural sperm oil. It also has excellent corrosion protection and heat stability properties. Maysperm 2011 can be blended and is stabile in naphthenic oil-based cutting oils. Maysperm 2011 is compatible with all other additives, with the exception of overbased calcium and/or sodium sulphonates. Maysperm 2011 can be utilized in grease formulations to provide EP characteristics.
