Material Notes: Al-iP3000PV is an aluminum paste that has been specially designed to be compatible with standard screen printing equipment used in solar cell manufacturing production lines. Al-iP3000PV can be thermally cured in air to form highly conductive patterns on solar cells. Al-iP3000PV utilizes a proprietary formulation to achieve good conductivity even at low curing temperatures below 600oC for temperature sensitive PV applications, and is also compatible with standard co-fire processes at temperatures of 700oC to 800oC. Al-iP3000PV aluminum paste is cadmium-free and lead-free, making it an environmentally friendly alternative process for solar cell metallization.
