Carborundum CarboThermâ„¢ CTUF Boron Nitride Powder
Categories: Ceramic; Nitride; Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Boron Nitride powders have high thermal conductivity, low dielectric loss, and low thermal expansion. They are non-abrading to electronic components, lubricious, non-toxic, and retain their dielectric properties at elevated temperatures. Applications include: use in potting compounds, encapsulants, epoxies, silicone oils and resins, and thermoplastics; use as a processing aid; use as a nucleating and foaming agent. Carborundum's CarboThermâ„¢ powders can be custom blended to yield specific properties. Particle size and distribution can be tailored to give optimum fill and flowability while still maintaining high purity and consistency. CTUF particles are ultra fine platelets. Data provided by the manufacturer, Carborundum Corporation.
