Adsyl resins are propylene plus ethylene and butene based random copolymers and terpolymers with high comonomer ratios that deliver improved sealing properties. Grades of Adsyl resins can be used in all of the main film extrusion technologies, such as BOPP, Double Bubble, Cast and Blown Film. Adsyl grades are mainly used for skin layers in co-extruded or coated film structures to provide sealing functionality. Adsyl X11698-62 is an advanced polyolefin, which is typically used as a sealing or metalized layer in co-extruded film applications. This grade features a very low seal initiation temperature and good optics. It does not contain slip or anti-block additives. Applications: Shrink Film. Information provided by LyondellBasell. |
