DowAksa CarbonBond™ 200 Fast Cure Adhesive Putty System
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset

Material Notes: DowAksa CarbonBond™ 200 Adhesive Putty System (Fast Cure System) is a user-friendly 2:1 by volume mix ratio putty designed for easy mixing and troweling. It can be used to repair/replace broken concrete and to bond pre-cured composite reinforcements to concrete substrates. The easy flowing thixotropic putty fills voids and crevices easily, yet resists sagging, even on overhead surfaces. The slow hardener is designed for warm conditions and is excellent for filling large voids and leveling surfaces. The fast hardener is designed to cure at temperatures as low as 10°C (50°F), but it can be used anytime a fast-setting putty or adhesive is needed. To facilitate proper mixing and component identification, the Part B slow hardener is black in color, and the Part B fast hardener is red. When combined with the white Part A, the putty becomes a light gray or light pink, respectively. CarbonBond 200 Adhesive Putty System is a NSF/ANSI Standard 61 listed product for drinking water systems.
