Iron phosphorus trisulfide (FePS3) belongs to the transition metal phosphorus trichalcogenide (MPX3) family. FePS3 contains Fe, S, and P, all of which are abundant on Earth. In its bulk form, FePS3 is a layered antiferromagnetic semiconductor that can be exfoliated into several layers of 2D nanosheets. It is often referred to as "magnetic graphene". Applications: Iron phosphorus trisulfide quantum sheets are excellent and highly stable trifunctional electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution, oxygen evolution, and oxygen reduction reactions. Iron phosphorus trisulfide has great potential in robust data storage and high-speed data processing applications, as well as applications in energy generation and storage. Synonyms: Iron trithiohypophosphate, magnetic graphene Alfa Chemistry Materials product group: Semiconductor Manufacturer data sheet |
