| Product Description: PA-80 Rubber is a pre-crosslinked natural rubber which acts a processing aid when blended with natural rubber, SBR, neoprene or nitrile rubber. Recommended Uses:
Extrusions: Compounds containing PA-80 Rubber maintain extruded shape, extrude faster, smoother and with less die swell. Nerve of the compound is reduced significantly allowing closer extrusion tolerances.
Calendering: Compounds containing PA-80 Rubber give smoother sheets with closer tolerances.
Open Steam Cures: Compounds containing PA-80 Rubber have less tendency to deform during open steam cure because of the presence of the crosslinked polymer. Composition: PA-80 Rubber is produced from a mixture of 80% pre-cured latex and 20% uncured latex which is coagulated and processed by conventional plantation methods to give a pale crepe grade natural rubber in compressed crumb form.
