Material Notes:	Pure mica + silicone binder. Application: Thermal and electrical shield in heating and industrial appliances. Flexible. Mica is a mineral raw material with outstanding dielectric, thermal and physical properties. Von Roll developed the technique of converting high-grade mica into mica paper that is impregnated with an appropriate bonding resin and heat-pressed to be consolidated into laminates. Typical applications include electrical engineering, induction ovens, the automotive industry and the household appliances industry such as microwave ovens. Information provided by Von Roll.
