Material Notes: Description: Chesterton® 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II is one of the most powerful, non-solvent based degreasers on the market today. It is an aggressive water activated grease cutting formulation designed for severe applications where the only alternative would be a solvent based product. Chesterton 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II can be used to remove grease, oil, waxes, loose paint and other heavy soils from hard surfaces. It will lift many of the most stubborn stains from surfaces that are faded and discolored from repeated spills. Chesterton 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II is designed for maximum flexibility in use. It can be used over a wide range of temperatures, from cold degreasing to steam cleaning. Chesterton 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II is a very concentrated, industrial degreaser. For light soil removal, it can be used economically at high dilution of 1:40 or greater.

Use 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II when such difficult to remove materials fine there way onto mixing equipment, tools, concrete floors, masonry walls, engine blocks, drilling rigs, and railroad equipment. Chesterton 803 Industrial & Marine Solvent II works especially well in a heavy industry such as pulp and paper making where it has shown dramatic effectiveness in cleaning the wire and felts on the dry end of the paper making machines. Particularly tough, resinous material left on calendars, machines and floors can be easily removed with a combination of steam and this powerful cleaner. It is well known that higher temperatures speed the cleaning process.
