Kureha Krefine® ESD PEEK EKH SS07
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyketone; Polyetheretherketone (PEEK); Polyetheretherketone, PEEK, Unreinforced

Material Notes: Krefine® ESD PEEK EKH SS07 offers surface resistivity in the 10^6 to 10^8 ohm/square range. Krefine® ESD PEEK is available in various grades for exact surface resistivity requirements, ranging from 10^6 to 10^12. The carbon filler is extremely homogeneous throughout the material. This means no conductive or insulative hot or cold spots. The milled carbon fiber filler is also much easier to machine than conventional carbon fillers. The carbon filler is extremely clean. You will not experience the sloughing which has typically been associated with carbon powder. The complete Krefine® PEEK product line includes the following grades:
  • EKH-SS07 surface resistivity in the 10^6 to 10^8 ohm/square range
  • EKH-SS09 surface resistivity in the 10^8 to 10^10 ohm/square range
  • EKH-SS11 surface resistivity in the 10^10 to 10^12 ohm/square range
  • EKH-SS12 surface resistivity in the 10^11 to 10^12 ohm/square range
