Material Notes: Premi-Glas® 2100-10 CR-SX is a 10% fiberglass reinforced Bulk Molding Compound formulated for applications requiring excellent chemical resistance, thermal resistance, dimensional stability and weatherability characteristics. Key features and benefits are:
  • Underwriters Laboratory, U.L. 94-5VA & U.L. 94 V0 flame recognition at 1.47mm minimum wall thickness.
  • U.L. flame recognition in all colors.
  • Available in fiberglass content of 10-30%.
  • Formulated to provide accurate as-molded dimensional tolerances.
  • The Premi-Glas 2100 CR-SX series SMC carries U.L. 746C recognition for use in exterior applications following ultraviolet light, water emersion and exposure testing.
  • Typical applications include outdoor use in light housings, reflectors and electrical enclosure products.
