Material Notes:	Vinnolit® E 2059 Emulsion PVC for thermoplastic processing of PVC. Vinnolit® E 2059 is an emulsion polymer that primarily serves as a blend component for rigid film manufacturing. ®E 2059 is recommended as blend component for rigid PVC formulations. The mixtures are preferably calendered or extruded to high-quality rigid film. Addition of Vinnolit® E 2059 accelerates fusion, improves melt homogeneity and facilitates the production of films with low fish-eye count and less flow lines. Such films display reduced electrostatic charging capability due to the emulsifier content. Vinnolit® E 2059 may also be used as a blend component for rigid profile extrusion. Such compounds are very easy to process into profiles with higher toughness, a high-quality surface and lower electrostatic charging capability. Information provided by Vinnolit.
