Material Notes:	LORD Versilok® 500VLC/331 Over Hem Sealer (OHS) is a two-component acrylic sealer designed to seal the over hemmed edges of closure panels. The sealer is engineered for dispensing in OEM body shops at room temperature. Versilok 500VLC/331 sealer is surface cured within seconds utilizing a Visible Light Cure (VLC) mechanism, with the remainder of sealer cured within an hour at room temperature. Features: robotically applied to the oily metal hem flange prior to vehicle assembly; automated application provides ergonomic benefits compared to manually applied paint shop sealers. provides a class "A" painted surface; quality bead consistency and uniformity with automated application. provides excellent corrosion protection and resistance to extended humidity exposure. surface cured material is compatible with phosphate and E-coat baths, reducing any cross contamination.
