Material Notes:	DANTHANE_ 127K-EL-Compound is a polyurethane elastomer based on polyester. This compound is fitted electro-conductive/antistatic with carbon black. DANTHANE_ 127K-ELCompound is processed by melt calander, flat film extrusion and injection molding. This special TPU is used for the production of coatings for films, textiles, electro-conductive shoe components and divers injection molding parts. Application: DANTHANE_ 127K EL-Compound is a special TPU type for calendering and extrusion of electrical conductive or antistatic TPU-foils and TPU–films. The direct extrusion of coating films on textiles or other supporting materials is possible. Typical applications are the processing of membrane foils, conductive, and decor foils. Furthermore this special compound can be used for the production of electro-conductive shoe components. With DANTHANE_ 127K-ELCompound it can be also produced films for flexible hoses as well as coatings for cables. It can also be used for the coating of conveyor belts and flat belts.
