Material Notes: Description: FM® 410-1 adhesive foam is a modified epoxy adhesive foam designed for splicing honeycomb core under zero pressure, bonding of inserts or edge members to core and local honeycomb core reinforcement where increased shear strength is required. FM 410-1 adhesive foam contains no aluminum powder and has good radar transparency. FM 410-1 adhesive foam is supplied in sheet or roll form and may be cured in place with either free foaming or restrained foaming processes. The operating temperature is -67°F to 350°F (-55°C to 177°C).
