Danquinsa DANTHANE® 125K-20F Powder Coating
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings

Material Notes: The TPU compound DANTHANE_ 125K-20F Powder is a special compound powder based on TPU/PTFE. This type is specially suitable for sinter coating of technical textiles. DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder can also be used for dot point and double dot point coating. This compound powder combines the properties of high flexibility of a TPU together with the excellent chemical non-stick properties of Teflon (polytetrafluorethene PTFE). DANTHANE_ 125K- 20F-Powder is mainly used for the coating of transport elements and conveyor belts, drive sections (flat drive belts) and for the coating of materials for big-bags, materials for containers and for special hoses. Beside the properties of TPU coatings, the advantage of DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder is the high resistance against contamination and the very high slippage of the surface. So laminated materials are self-cleaning because at pure TPU-coatings contaminations can set down more easy than at coatings made with DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder.

Application: DANTHANE_ 125K-20F Powder is processed by sinter coating, dot point coating and double dot point coating for coatings of industrial textiles. For sinter coating this product will be delivered with a grit size of 50 – 500µ. The special grit sizes of DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder are also suitable for the impregnations of textiles. DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder is mainly used for the coating of textile and non-woven supporting materials. It can be applied as medium layer as well as top coat. Due to the good slip and surface properties, DANTHANE_ 125K-20F-Powder is mainly used as top coat. As medium layer it could be combined the classical types DANTHANE_ 125KPowder respectively DANTHANE_ 126K-Powder. Concerning impregnation and primers of the corresponding textiles and other supporting materials we refer to the primers of the DANCOLL_ range.
