Chemical Concepts Rodmaster 6606 Quick Set Methacrylate adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Methacrylate; Methacrylate Adhesive

Material Notes: ChemSet Rodmaster 6600 Quick Set is a high performance two part methacrylate adhesive engineered for rodding natural stone. It offers outstanding bond strength, is extremely durable, with excellent impact and weathering properties. Rodmaster 6600 greatly increases the durability of rodded stone, improving the stone's load capacity up to fives times compared to polyesters and other adheisves. It offers exceptional flexibility, the ability to withstand extreme temperature fluctuation and thermal cycling and resistance to a wide range of chemicals and environmental conditions. Rodmaster 6600 offers exceptional bonding capability to a wide range of substrates, including metals, plastics, composites and ceramics making it suitable for many other applications.

Benefits & Advantages: Quick Working Time: This adhesive has a working time of 5-8 minutes and reaches handing strength in 18-20 minutes. No need to wait for the stone to dry: No more blow torching or long waiting times. 5-10x the strength compared to polyesters. Exceptional Flexibility. Easy-to-Use Cartridge: No more hand mixing, always a consistent mixture.
