Aramid fabric coated with butyl combines the following properties: BUTYL is an interesting option for applications in extreme temperatures. It has an excellent cold behavior (it can worked until-60°C). Butyl has good resistance to acids, ketones and oils. Aramid is a long-chain polyamide fiber, containing amides and aromatic elements. Infusible, does not melt, does not burn, does not soften, low toxic gas emissions. Some aramids can decompose around 500°C, thermostable up to 250°C. Applications: - High temperature filtration
- Clothing fire protection
- Bullet proof vest. Thermoindustry, electric and electronic
- Aerospace industry, boats and inflatables, sun protection
Properties: - Acids resistance
- Non-skid
- UV resistance
- Ozone Resistance
