Michelman® ThermaGloss® 463 Low odor OPV for preprint
Categories: Fluid; Polymer; Thermoplastic; Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings

Material Notes: ThermaGloss® overprint varnishes (OPVs) impart excellent gloss to preprinted linerboard. Coated linerboard passes through the corrugator without picking, softening or smearing. Superior heat resistance eliminates the need for hotplate temperature reduction. ThermaGloss® 463 can be applied via flexo or gravure. Usage: A low odor, APEO free overprint varnish for applications in which printed/varnished liners must withstand the heat of corrugation. This product provides improved runnability at higher speeds, and improved gloss and heat resistance.

Applications (properties imparted): Perishables (overprints with heat resistance).

Handling: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Use personal protective equipment as required.
