Dover Chemical MAYSOL HOSS Semi-synthetic Super Concentrate
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: MAYSOL HOSS is a premium high oil content semi-synthetic super concentrate for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. It is ideally suited for manufacturing operations that want a single fluid to machine a variety of metals. MAYSOL HOSS, as received, is to be added to water at a 50/50 ratio. Never in reverse; adding water to the product. After this initial water let-back, it can be further reduced at your customer’s site to the desired final concentration – typically, grinding (3-5%), and machining (4-8%) Advantages and Benefits: Versatile fluid suitable for a wide range of applications on multiple metals. Non-chlorinated Extreme Pressure lubrication extends tool life and improves finishes. Exhibits almost 50% higher buffer property compared to other semi-synthetics; i.e. better pH stability. Excellent rust protection down to 2%. No included defoamers; possess relatively low foam property
