Material Notes:	A high strength fast-drying adhesive with unique plastic bonding capabilities for a wide variety of industries. Quick tack, clear and non-staining. Resists plasticizer migration for bonding many flexible vinyls. The solids weight is approximately 25%. The flash point is 0°F/-18°C. The color is clear, the consistency is thin liquid, and the application method is brush or flow. The bond range holds up to 20 minutes. Peel strength is 17 PIW at 75°F (24°C); unsupported vinyl to steel at 2.0 inches/minute separation rate. Information provided by 3M Adhesives Division.
