| Product Description: Akrosperse® and Akrochex® CBS-75/EPR are polymeric dispersions of n-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide a delayed action accelerator for natural and synthetic polymers. It provides better scorch resistance than thiazoles and at the same time can be accelerated by thiurams and dithiocarbamates to give shorter cure times. Advantages: Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality & raw material control. Akrochem polymer bound or encapsulated chemical dispersions eliminate any irritating dust, as well as other potential hazards in handling powders in the plant. The physical form is easy to handle and weight accurately. With a dispersion, better uniformity of the mix at lower processing temperatures is possible.
