| Active Plus™ PA17L is a fluorinated processing aids master batch which design to use with polyolefin based polymer and also effective for many other applications which require a smoothen surface. PA17L creates lubricity coating on the metallic surfaces of processing equipment like barrel and die surfaces. The coating decreases the friction between molten resin and die wall then resulting in surface defects (shark skin and melt fracture elimination). Applications: Master batch for blown film extrusion, Master batch for cast film extrusion, Master batch for cable extrusion. Features: No effect to film surface chemistry/mechanical properties. No effect to converting processes (heat sealing and printing process). Melt fracture elimination / operating pressure reduction. Die build-up alleviation/ gel formation during processing reduction.
