Vinnolit® E 2169 Emulsion PVC
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Vinyl (PVC)

Material Notes: Vinnolit® E 2169 Emulsion PVC for thermoplastic processing of PVC. Vinnolit® E 2169 is an emulsion polymer primarily used to make semi-rigid and flexible profiles and films as well as flooring. Vinnolit® E 2169 serves as the main component or blend component for making PVC compounds with the usual additives by standard mixing techniques. Mixtures containing Vinnolit® E 2169 are preferably processed to semi-rigid and flexible tubing, profiles and film. Vinnolit® E 4069 is also an excellent blend component for flooring formulations. Vinnolit® E 2169 accelerates fusion and improves melt homogeneity. Mixtures containing Vinnolit® E 2169 are thus very easy to process. The product also contributes to the antistatic properties of the finished parts.
