NiPS3 is a layered quasi-two-dimensional antiferromagnetic (AFM) semiconductor (TN=155 K). Nickel phosphorus trisulfide (NiPS3) is a two-dimensional layered transition metal phosphorus trichalcogenide (MPX3). Among them, NiPS3 has very unique physical properties, with p-type and n-type doping capabilities suitable for device applications and the smallest bandgap energy (~1.6 eV). Applications: Nickel phosphorus trisulfide (NiPS3) single crystals can be used to prepare monolayer and few-layer NiPS3 by mechanical or liquid exfoliation. Synonyms: Nickel phosphosulphide, Nickel thiophosphate, Nickel phosphorous trisulphide Alfa Chemistry Materials product group: Semiconductor Manufacturer data sheet |
