| Colortrend Plus 802 Colorants are environmentally friendly, no-VOC, AAPE-free universal colorants designed to have broad compatibility in trade-sales, water-based paints and solvent-based paints, as well as other products. The colorants comply with EPA Method 24 for having no volatile organic compounds. In addition, the colorants have been specially formulated to contain no alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APE). Colortrend Plus 802 Machine Colorants are specially formulated for use in volumetric color dispensing machines for retail store and in-plant volumetric tinting. They are non-reactive with stainless steel and plastic materials used as components of dispensing machines. Aluminum, aluminum alloys and bi-metallic color machines should be avoided since they cause electrolytic corrosion or flocculation of the colorant. Colortrend Plus 802 colorants remain in suspension with minimum agitation and do no skin. |
