Danquinsa DANTHANE® 192E-Compound TPU
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyurethane, TP; Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPUR), Polyester Grade

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 192E-Compound is a special TPU based on polycaprolactone polyester, which is already colored homogeneously in black according to RAL 9005. This compound is mainly used for automotive applications where a color stability must be given also at different charges and in the case that there are problems with the coloring with masterbatches. DANTHANE_ 192E-Compound is mainly processed by injection molding, but also a flat film extrusion is possible.

Application: DANTHANE_ 192E-Compound is used for the production of automotive interior parts, mainly by injection molding. With this compound it is warranted that all produced parts have the same surface quality and the same color. But also all other technical parts, which are basically produced in black, can be produced with this TPU by injection molding. Furthermore DANTHANE_ 192E-Compound is suitable for the flat film extrusion of foils, sealing profiles and round cords.
