Go Yen Chemical GY-FE-11 Fisheye Eliminator for Plastic
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Intro: GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD. is the largest manufacturer of specialty chemicals in Taiwan. We devote ourselves to supplying products and solutions to our customers to satisfy and expand the market needs. Plastics are commonly used in our daily commodities. However, the fisheye defect may appear on plastic products which is caused by several factors during the processing. For instance, when wall thickness of the product is a bit thick, the cooling speed of the plastic surface will be better than the one in the section which will easily cause fisheye defect; too much air that is mixed in during the processing, the manufacturing temperature, the liquidity and so forth will also result in the defect mentioned above which reduces the quality and the advantage of the product. In this manner, GYC Group developed GY-FE-11 Fisheye Eliminator which is especially for the plastic industry that can help the manufacturers to overcome the fisheye defect. GY-FE-11 can be commonly used in general plastics and elastomers such as PP, PE, PVC, EVA, TPU, TPO, and so forth.

Advantages:

  • Prevent plastic products from producing fisheye
  • Improve the end-product’s quality
  • Can be applied to any extrusion molding, injection molding, blown film
  • Can be applied to any transparent or colored plastics
  • Improve the production efficiency
  • Reduce mold wear
  • Prevent plastic materials from accumulating in mold cavity
  • Reduce production defects
  • Increase the yield
Applications:
  • Polyolefin: PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA…
  • Industrial plastics: ABS, PA, PET, PBT, PC, HIPS, POM…
  • Elastomers: TPU, TPO…
  • Can be applied to any extrusion molding, injection molding, blown film
  • Can be applied to any transparent or colored plastics
